Can I vote?

In order to vote in North Dakota, you must be:

  • A U.S. citizen.
  • At least 18 years old on the day of an election.
  • A legal North Dakota resident.
  • A resident in the precinct for 30 days preceding the election.
What will my ballot look like?

Sample ballots are available for every election. When available, they will be posted here.

Where do I vote?

All residents of Stutsman County can vote at the Civic Center in Jamestown on Election Day. The normal rural precincts will also be available, refer to the maps below for locations. All voters may also take advantage of the Early Voting precinct held at the Stutsman County Courthouse two weeks before the election.
